[thelist] Trouble with multimedia (From a Troubleshooting per spective)

OK then, I guess I'll try this again...

 From http://www.smarttech.com/products/smartboard/media.asp there are links
to the two video formats we are using. (Streaming QT and a streaming asf).

They are embedded into the page using:
[embed src="/products/shared/QuickTime/sboardhigh.mov" width="420"
height="320"] (Similar for the ASF)

Which works fine, except that you don't get the same amount of information
that you do if you had opened up the QT view, and then opened the URL of the
video its self.
For the QT, you only get the bit-rate/frame-rate, but using WMP gives way
more info that if it was embedded into the page.

The Tech support people here want to be able to get at that info when
they're talking to people on the phone. (The info that isn't available when
it's embedded)

Clear as mud?
