[thelist] FTP Server for Windows NT?

Hey all - numerous times on this list I have heard people mention things
like "the default ftp server for winNT is a steaming pile of crap, get
XYZ Server."

Now, of course, I never kept any of the emails which would help me
remember what people meant when they said "XYZ Server."

So - my question is - what are the good replacements? Think ease of
administration, think economical. Windows NT4.
