[thelist] FTP Server for Windows NT?

I really hope this is not a problem anyone has actually had...it is very
basic.

On individual IP address:
Create ftp folder.
Create username.
Uncheck inherit permissions, and copy, this is just a habit of mine.
Give user permissions on that folder.
Create IIS ftp site with that folder as home directory.
Done.

Extra credit: Virtual ftp hosting: (host headers)
Create dummy folder anywhere. Make sure nobody has permissions on folder.
Create virtual ftps off of the master one in IIS.
Repeat steps for individual ip ftp site, but just make it a virtual ftp.

Of course users have to use the correct initial dir, but if they forget they
are dumped in a directory where they can do nothing.

Do I get bonus points for posting the ADSI code for doing all of the above?
