Hi Cheryl, There are two articles on the evolt.org site: A Introduction to HTML Email http://evolt.org/article/A_Introduction_to_HTML_Email/17/12455/ Why Developers Don't Want HTML Email http://evolt.org/article/Why_Developers_Don_t_Want_HTML_Email/25/781/ Also, a search of the evolt thelist archives results in this: <http://www.google.com/search?as_q=HTML+email&num=20&as_dt=i&as_sitesearch=l ists.evolt.org&safe=off> You'll need to use a full absolute URL to refer to any images on your server. It would look something like: <img src="http://www.yourcompany.com/images/image.gif" width="10" height="10"> Pasting the HTML into an email won't work in all cases, but this depends on your email program. Hope this helps.
