[thelist] Simple code for thumbnail imagemap

I just finished building an app that uses everything your looking for.
I have  demo sitting out on the server at:
http://home.netcom.com/~krr/Tool_Tip_Demo.zip

It uses a tool tip script for displaying an image of any size off of the
mouse
cursor. Very customizable and easy to use.

I add a few more components to run it off a CD, but this one here should
work
great for the web.
