wrapping content in <p></p> imparts structure, and also makes it 
easier to apply styles as well... you can still use <br> tags within a 
<p></p> set, to create a line-break...

but you really have to use <p></p> as a pair, otherwise that kind of 
defeats the purpose...

<br> clearly has use on its own, but using it to create paragraphs 
isn't the preferred method...
