Mmkay...

..first impressions: some of the images for the nav on the left
aren't done correctly... They are obscuring the bevel... Erm, the
extra links/buttons that show up when I mouse over "your help" are
appearing in the centre of the bar.. Is that correct? Seems rather
counterintuitive to be right. Also, it doesn't disappear when I mouse
over other categories... A bug?

Erm, perhaps you could label the map of st. lucia on the right? It
just seems like a large, ugly red field at the moment. 

I would recommend putting the text links at the bottom of the page in
the same table as the rest of the pages contents... It just seems
wonky having that centred against the rest of the stuff in the page.

In the news section: the headline backgrounds seem slightly too
blocky - they take up a bit too much space, too many black lines,
too... It makes the news updates seem to busy, even though they
aren't.

I love the three buttons on the top right... I think it's a great
adaptation/implementation of the logo... Erm, and the "Welcome to..."
text.. Perhaps you could make that larger? It just seems that the
header is extremely unbalanced..

In the header too, there is a wonky issue around the logo... Killing
the bevel/shadow...
