[thelist] asp woes

i know this may not be enough information, but does the following error
message give anyone a clue as to why my asp pages won't update like they
used to?

-----this is what i get in NN-----------------

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Operation must use an
updateable query.

i don't think i've changed anything other than uploading / downloading
directory structures on my server...and i replaced everything exactly as
it was before?  arrrgggggghhhh.
