Hi Johnny,

The best place for more information is your good old-fashioned county courthouse.  That is where you will go to sign the book and pay your 25 bucks (+-) for your DBA (doing-business-as).  Call up there and ask the operator who you need to talk to about registering a DBA and she should be able to give you the department and directions.
