[thelist] Help Me (asp cart)

OK, so I'm again guessing that your using what I'd call on a windows server
a DSN'less connection where the driver and db path are specified directly in
the code. Again, never having used a linux system I can't help directly,
but you could try asking the server admin about creating a database
connection. sorry I can't be more helpful but I think your on the right
path.

You might try re-wording your question with a more specific subject line so
the linux experts pick up on it.

cheers

alastair

yes i was thinking even something like a dbf but i am not sure how to get
the asp pages to access it. on my db conection page it has a connection
string that sets up the communication with the mdb my question is more how
do i change the connection string to connect to my dbf?
