hello,

a friend of mine is doing a research on internet marketing and she 
asked me questions related to advertising in the web. the case 
scenario is like this: "if you have a site which publishes job 
openings and vacancies for a multinational entertainment company, 
which top 5 websites (regardless of category) would you advertise 
in?" i suggested a few sites myself although i'm not quite sure if 
there are more appropriate ones.. thats why i need to know what you 
experts recommend. :)

btw, im not quite certain if this is OT or not but anyways, i'm 
including a tip just in case.

<tip type="adding color to a grayscale image">
to add color to a grayscale image, first choose Image>Mode>RGB, then 
create a new layer to paint on. next, change the blending mode of 
that layer to color and then paint over the image. if you find the 
color is too vivid,just lower the opacity of the painting tool that 
you're using. or, if the color looks too much like it's sitting on 
top of the image, instead of being part of the image, then try 
changing the blending mode to Color Burn.
