Hi all

We're looking at developing a website whereby visitors can create themselves
a email address using a choice of domains.  The idea is that once an address
has been created (with username and password) they'll have the option to
download a .exe file, which ,when run, will add an account with the relevant
details to Outlook Express.  Does anyone know if this is possible, and if it
is where I could find such a beast, or information to help with the creation
of it?
