(I'd like to bracket and check previous and > subsequent releases too) ftp://ftp.netscape.com/pub/ is the canonical stuff, still, for version 4 of Netscape... there is a 4.5 and there is a 4.05 - but it looks like these aren't there. http://browsers.evolt.org/index.cfm/dir/navigator/mac/ has 4.61 and 4.08 - which would be closest to the browser you're looking for (depending on which one you're actually looking for).
