[thelist] Webdesigners using DOM?

I need to convince the webdesigners at my company
(internet presentations) to start using the Document Object Model
(JavaScript) and DHTML instead of only Flash. Can anybody help me with this? I am still learning
the specs of the DOM JavaScript and cannot really name many advantages for
them, other than possible cross-browser applicability in the future.
