Sorry to report this Michael but I just went to that page using IE5 
Mac and it wouldn't load, instead it gives the error:
"Error in 'http://members.evolt.org/mpember/afroapix/website/index.php'.

  Message: Object doesn't support this property or method"

All I see is the swirly blue background. :(
