Of the packages you can pick up at the computer store, I believe ClickArt is
probably about the best.  PhotoDisk has some good stuff, and they have lower
pricing for low res web-only pictures (about $75 last time I used them.).
Their material is mostly more current, unless you're specifically looking
for period pictures.

ArtToday.com is ok, cheap but not free.  Depends on what kind of art you're
looking for, IMHO.
