ewww... can't say that's a better approach than spidering the site 
and taking it from there...

overall, dynamic sites (namely ones driven from dbs that offer 
multiple views of data or rely on some sort of user/server 
interaction) do not translate well to CD...

i think spidering is your best bet, but that's just me...
