[thelist] Yahoo! like HTML textarea

Hi evolters,

I am currently working on an intranet publishing system, and am very 
interested the Javascript toolbar enabling a WISIWYG textarea.

It is often referred to as deditor.html with some JS file.

I would like to use it but I just can't find any credits nor licences 
for this neat piece of JavaScript.

Does anyone have info about it ?
