We're playing with the software from summary.net right now and that *is*
cool, and pretty darn fast. Just crunched the raw numbers (without
lookups) for 4.5 gigs (6 months worth -- 23,334,050 hits ) of logfiles in
about 13 minutes speed. this is on a PIII/Win2k box.

pointing it out on the Web405 mailing list.

It's also a relatively inexpensive product, and appears to be available
for every platform under the sun.
