[thelist] Late-night call for opinions

Great idea, good execution, but it reminds me of the safe sex role playing
pep rallies I used to have in highschool - a good effort by creative young
folk, but not enough to scare me silly.

I'd try and make the trauma a little more traumatic - show some blood and
guts, show some real situations - perhaps very real case studies from the
injured's point of view.

You don't have skateboarding injuries and trauma on there either - over 12
million kids are skateboarding today, and I can speak from experience that
trauma does occur in skateboarding on a regular basis (I can supply you with
some pictures of my thumb that I just split open skateboarding).

Also, on a design point of view - I feel like the fonts are just a tad bit
too tiny.

Other than that, good work (can't wait to see the skateboarding trauma info,
I could use it!)

Well folks,

It's the night before the internal review of the website I've been
working on these past two months... I'm stuck in the office doing
production work [I've done this site pretty much single handedly...
As do most of us, I gather]

Well,

There are chunks that are missing or incomplete, and some
functionality is uncoded. Please forgive me for leaving them there
while sending this email.

To give you some background about the site... It's for the alcohol
and risk-related trauma prevention center at the main regional
hospital here in toronto... It's to be launched at the end of this
month... It is aimed at youth/young adults, and hence avoids most of
the kiddy-look/feel.

Hmm... Yeah...

Comments... Please... As many as possible on anything and everything.
Take it apart, dissect and criticise... And please don't forget to
mention some of the good things.

The url to begin with is
http://www.partyprogram.com/introduction/index.html.

Thankyou in advance,

- -martin
