seriously, zeldman is pretty talented, and a few others of his ilk, but,
like, can you afford those guys?
is the seminar series online or up in your neck of the woods? just curious
i guess i owe for the above bit of noise...

there are two types of meta tags -- those unique to each page, like
description and keywords (at least, they had *better* be unique to each
page!) -- and those that are pretty much the same for all pages in the
site, like author, generator, content-type, and so on, so put the latter
into an include file to clean up your source code and make site-wide
maintenance easier
