[thelist] Using Publisher Files in Frontpage

Check the original Publisher file - it could be there are overlaps w. the
different elements (an image overlapping a text box so it will wrap).  In
that case publisher makes it a gif.  I've had decent success when I cleaned
it up w/o any overlapping at all.
