[thelist] great hosting

I'm making a list of hosting providers to send to a client so they can
choose who to go with.  They need to have PHP, mySQL, multiple POP3 boxes,
somewhere in the neighborhood of 150MB of space, a fast and solid
connection, great support and VERY VERY good uptime.

I did some rummaging through thelist archive and came up with the hosts
below.  If anyone has any other suggestions I'd love to hear them.  Also if
anyone has had any good/bad experiences with any of the hosts below please
let me know.
