Even though I didn't like the sunglasses analogy - let me use it here. Is it
"republishing/repurposing" if I place something in front of you? For a
moment, let's forget the spyware stuff, I _definitely_ agree that that is
pure evil. Let's assume that this software was up front about what it did.
Or, let's make it nicer. Instead of putting an ad in front of you, it puts a
quote of the day or some such. How would you view that?

p.s. As a side note, I still have a CSS template that people can use for IE.
It searches for graphics of default ad sizes and simply hides them. Is this
illegal? I choose to employ the CSS so I don't think it would be.
