[thelist] IIS falling down!

Hi Steve

The first thing to do is to check the event logs.  start>programmes>common
admin tools>event viewer on NT4.  Then look for little red circles with a
white cross on them next to event with a source of W3SVC.  If IIS is dying
for some reason it should show up here.
