very subjective question. On paper, hell no. In the hands of humans,
however....

We've a couple boxes here (Ti3) we can't upgrade to Win2k because of the
hardware (RAID controllers), but a rookie sysadmin can take any OS (even
Win95) and make it unstable.

That being said,
