BBEdit is *the* code editor of choice (and not just for HTML). Handy 
hint; have a skim through the manual before you use it. BBEdit looks 
very simple on the surface, but it's packed with the kind of hidden 
tools that can save you hours of keyboard time. No, really  ;)
