Sign offs are your best protection. They complete the contract, allow you
to get paid, and offer no recourse for a client who suddenly decides they
didn't get what they wanted after launch.

Subject: [thelist] Client Sign-off On Site Completion

Hi All!

How many of you have your clients sign off on a site when it is complete? If
you do, do you have them sign a formal finalizing contract? Or just a
reiteration of the original estimate appropriately updated to reflect any
deviations?

Thank you!
