[thelist] "Diff" in win32 environment

I am in the process of automating many of my intranet server processes. 
One such process is the automatic backup of some of my www code.

I am using PHP to do test if a file has been modified in the last 24
hours.  If so, it makes a new backup of the directory contents.  This is
working fine.

I am now trying to work out a simple method of comparing the files to
see what changes have been made.  Since I am the only one that will be
making changes and the files are all being stored on a machine the the
next room, I don't want to install a complete CVS server setup.

I was wondering if it is possible to get a "diff" style program to
compare the old/new files and output a log of what changes have been
made.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanx.
