hello,

i am looking for some good source of information,
maybe reports about how slow download speeds can
affect ecommerce. for instance, if slow speeds lead to
discarded shopping carts, how much this costs
businesses etc. 

i tried looking on mediametrix, jup and idc websites
but could not find anything like this.
