- At 1600x1200 your top navigation for Links and Search ends up on the white
background, making them unreadable.
- Suggest alts on the graphics on the menus
- Also would help to provide more info than a repeat of the graphics text.
"Compaq" becomes "Link to Compaq Web Site" instead of "Compaq"
- In "About Us" make the titles links to the associated products. IOW,
"Memory" takes you to the memory section.
- The text navigation at the bottom of the page does not give me access to
all the options in each menu.
- Would suggest a form-based e-mail option for people using web-based e-mail
or who are not browsing from their regular machine. This would also help by
providing suggested Subjects to the e-mails to help out sorting and routing
on the backend.
- The Policies page confuses me somewhat. At the top there is a link to
"Returns" and farther down the page, there is some "Returns" text. Same for
"Privacy". Also trying to distinguish between "Shipping" and "Delivery".
Perhaps a link to each policy within the Guarantee section would make this
clearer, as well as a link to the associated guarantee within the Policy
section.
- In the Links section, use the manufacturers' logos to help me and use more
than one column for the list.
- When I click on Search, I get a screen with a left side menu that has only
two options, drives and memory. Same thing when I choose Products.
