A few comments:

- you should preload your rollover images.
- text on left a little small.
- in the flash site, I shouldn't have to roll over the "pages" to see
the sections - I kept waiting for the rest of the flash to load.
- nice overall look and feel - nice consistent interface.
- don't like the scroll bars in the flash site - you can't control the
speed of scrolling.
