[thelist] Installing older browser IE4.01 SP2

I have managed to find an installation that does work - but it's in
German!

It was an auto extract zip file called:   ie4win95.exe

At least this confirms that it is possible.

Anyone who knows where I can get this in english gets a christmas card
for life.

This may not help at all, but you might try looking at old MS software
CD's
(Office, Bookshelf, etc), many of which come with IE 4 setup files on
them.
