Look in:

/WINNT/profiles/[profile name]/application data/identities/[pick one of
them]/Microsoft/Outlook Express/

this folder contains all the folders you've created and things like inbox,
outbox, delete emails, etc.  It seems that OE even keeps emails when you
delete them, both in the original folder and in the "Deleted Items"
folder...  you can just delete a file and it'll be recreated next time you
access that folder in OE
