Thankfully, Microsoft has really locked down this issue in Outlook 2002.
It's almost impossible to get a virus through Outlook now (unless you do
something dumb like opening an attachment, etc.). It blocks almost
everything, including many of the nastier attachement types (like EXE,
COM, etc.).
