i hope this applies only to your personal sites, paul

if you do this on an intranet, you might just get away with it, assuming
the folks in the help desk don't shoot you first

but if you do it for paying clients, this attitude may lose you some
business

sorry, i don't mean to preach, but there are lots of good reasons to have
javascript disabled

don't bother with those funky popup busters,
life's too short to fool around with that kinda software --
just turn off javascript
okay, rollovers won't work [yawn] but if the site doesn't
make its navigation links obvious without the use of rollovers,
you probably don't want to hang around there anyway...
