[thelist] PCIE IFRAME problems

I've actually found the source of the problem.

The page within the IFRAME was XHTML Transitional. I changed the Doctype 
to HTML 4 Transitional, and it magically worked.

I've absolutely no idea why this should be. Yet more random Doctype 
weirdness?
