For those of you who were asking how to filter out chinese/whatever 
language spam that you get, Massimo gives the best way(IMO) to do it. 
With some of the more advanced mailers out there these days, you can 
filter on keywords in the headers of the message. Setting the filters to 
trash any message that doesn't contain something like charset=US-ASCII 
(and a couple other common charsets) for example would be one way to go. 
Of course, if you have family or friends in other countries, this may 
backfire :)
