Ever wonder how many hours difference there is between where you are and
somewhere else?  If you are on a Windows Box, the answer is right in front
of you.

double-click on the clock and switch to the "Time Zones" tab.  A whole lot
of time zones are listed there with their offset from Greenwich Mean Time
(GMT).   From these numbers you should be able to figure our how many hours
difference there is between yourself and somewhere else.
