Not to take away from the discussion, but didn't more than a few people, 
when this was brought up over a month ago, say...

"If you don't want it taken, borrowed, stolen, or used don't put it on the 
web!"

The web just makes it easy, we have had content stolen from manuals, sales 
brochures, etc. The legal fights can be long and expensive. It just seems 
that people will not do what is "right".
