Hello again, I was wondering if you know of good survey tools that can be used to create printable surveys as well as online web surveys. Just a web-based survey solution is not enough for my needs. There would be a need to create many surveys, and then print them out neatly on paper (not from web, if possible) Thanks very much Ed
