i use an isp called Hurrican Electic in Fremont California. They are not
a dial up. You must ftp or telnet. But the pricing is wonderful. check
it out at www.he.net
I am doing a site for a non profit and it will probably host there. 11
eMails, php, mysql, perl, and on and on. This is the $9.95 package. The
delta to the $24.95 package is more bandwidth, storage, eMails etc.
Their billing is traffic based.
Talk to them about the url problem, they are real people.
