I recently discovered Urchin http://www.urchin.com .  I enjoy the
flexibility of queries and have found some of their qualitative analysis
very useful.  They have # of pages/visitor as it relates to various
referrals and keywords as well as good clickthrough analysis.

It also has a customizable interface, which is great if you're a hosting
provider.
