[thelist] SiteServer - what do you use instead?

Have you had any success getting good indices of secure areas? I'm having a
devil of a time getting searches that make sense. If I can see the files
thru Explorer when logged in as the account we're using for indexing, why
won't it index those same files? I'm not getting permissions errors, they're
just not there. Index, search for words in those documents, no joy. These
are file types which are on the list to index.

Any tips?
