Maybe for you, not for me - I have no experience with Visio or
Powerpoint, and still see no reason to change that :-)

My point is not to involve more people in the prototyping but to
incorporate both flexibility and functionality into that process
by using HTML and dynamic server technology.  
 
For me at least, this makes for far better of a flow from concept
to finished product ...
