[thelist] Uploading a web site using Dreamweaver

Hi All,

For those of you who were involved in this thread and mentioned the problems
with FTP from Dreamweaver, I thought I would let you know that I had no
problem uploading a test page and it went very quickly.

I had to use the IP address of the server and still had no problem. I wonder
how much the operating system has to do with the FTP process. I'm running
Windows NT sp/6

have to say i agree - have had problems with uploading access .mdb files for
some reason?? machine locks up and i end up using FTP Explorer, but for run
of the mill stuff i still find the ability to upload a file directly from
the app is a benefit. or am i just lazy:)
