sounds like a typical "existing keywords" AND "new keywords" type search.

i don't think you'll find that these queries are going to help you. if
you're running cf5, you could use a query of a query.
however, if you don't have cf5, then you can one of two things. either
bruteforce the search by first performing the query the with "existing
keywords", getting that resultset back, and looping over it looking for the
"new keywords". or you can make ultra crazy with the sql syntax for your
search.
SELECT *
FROM tablename
WHERE (#logic for "existing keywords")
AND (#logic for "new keywords")
