[thelist] Interland's Linux Hosting?

I have innumerable horror stories about Interland/HostPro. I can't believe they are so
highly rated on public lists. In brief:

a) Disappearing SSL certs
b) Deleted NT passwords/folder permissions
c) Lapses in connectivity
d) ASP service crashes and they don't monitor NT services
e) LOUSY email product

I know you're asking about Linux services, but from a customer service perspective, it's
gotten much worse since it's rolled under Interland support.
