[thelist] online customer management system

Hi,
Does anyone know of a  good online customer management system, using Perl or
PHP (on Linux).
something where the customer can logon, see the progress that's been made to
their files (or not :o) and see what hours have been billed to them, which
payments have been received etc.
Maybe an integrated message/bugreport  space (private forum) etc.
