[thelist] redirecting top output.....

Any way to redirect the output of "top" like you can with vmstat? I'm 
interested for lots of "bad" reasons - but I need a way to take a snap shot 
of services like top provides and mangle them for either web output or email.

I do not have admin/shell access to the box in question, only FTP and a Web 
site.
